Scan and send via email. After sending your scanned document, call 1.800.947.4746 to pay the $20 fee with your credit card.

Or submit via U.S. Mail. Ship your completed test with $20 check to the 福利姬视频, Product Development & Sales, 211 East Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60611.



What are the buttons in the left margin of my e-book?

The buttons on the left side panel of the book are tools for the user’s convenience:

  • Increase the size of the text.
  • Decrease the size of the text.
  • Displays the Table of Contents.
  • Displays links to any downloads included with the e-Book.
  • Displays areas where you made annotations or shared content.
  • Displays dialog box to print.
  • Share content via Facebook, Twitter and via email.
